ABOUT SIDDARDHA COLLEGE OF COMPUTER SCIENCES - MCA, MBA & MAM( DUAL DEGREE ) :
In the present Society, Technology occupied prominent place for the
human welfare and development. A meagre literate is not enough. He has
to acquire technology for survival. A Nation’s strength is its people,
natural resources, technology and its improvement.
When we talk about the state of Andhra Pradesh, It is one of the greatest pride to our Nation that the State has become the gate - way for technology and technical man power. In the recent years, the State has produced numerous people as technical experts in the field of Engineering and Technology. The State’s contribution is 14% of technical man power in Nation building. But still, there is a lot to be done to meet the growing demands of the Society.
In this scenario, SIDDARDHA COLLEGE OF COMPUTER SCIENCES with MCA Course in the academic year 2008, MBA Course in the year 2009 & MAM Course in the year 2012 was established with dynamic, energetic and visionary management, with excellent and continuous track record.
This institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education ( A I C T E ), recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh and affiliated to Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore. The Governance and Management of the institution is strictly in accordance with the vision, mission and quality policy statements of this management and the norms, standards, systems and practices laid down and various executive directions issued by AICTE, Vikrama Simhaopuri University, Government of Andhra Pradesh and such other related regulatory bodies of the Government.
We has trained more aspirants by enhancing intake in MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ( MBA ) Program to 120 seats from the existing 60 seats, MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS ( MCA ) Program with 60 seats & MAM ( 5 Years Dual Degree Course In Management ) Program with an intake of 60 seats.
The objective of the enhancement in seats is to extend quality education for more number of students by reducing the gap between demand and supply. There is high demand for skilled manpower in this globalized World. Companies are finding it increasingly difficult to recruit, as there is a big shortage of professionals. Our objective is to bridge the gap and see that we dole out MCA’s who can meet the expectations of the corporate World.
Our College is having regular association with the industrial sector. Apart from this we will be inviting successful people from the local industries and eminent industrialists to address our students. A Placement Assistance Cell has been created in our College, though our College is situated in Rural area, Smt. N. KAMALA SASTRY trained up so many rural wise area students and many number of our students placed in WIPRO, SATYAM, INFOSYS, ASSURGENT MNC’s etc., and regular personality development classes, capacity building camps are conducted. For the best outgoing students, we are awarding Gold Medals in the name of ‘ NARAHARI KRISHNA MURTHY GOLD MEDAL’. Targeted at creating highly skilled Professionals. Simultaneous training in advanced courses. Periodicals Seminars by distinguished experienced professors. Besides emphasis is being laid on communication skills by regular conduct of spoken English classes.
